On September 23rd, the Faculty of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University is inviting alumni to return to celebrate 50 years of social work research and education. The Faculty has invited a variety of guest speakers to the event, including Timothy B. Leduc, author of A Canadian Climate of Mind: Passages from Fur to Energy and Beyond.
Timothy will be discussing the potential future directions for wholistic social work practice in times of increasing climatic and energetic turbulence. His presentation will be at 10:20 am. The event is free but registration is required with the Faculty as space is limited.
