Three MQUP titles shortlisted for CHA’s Sir John A. MacDonald Prize

MQUP is very pleases to announce that three of our titles have been shortlisted for the Sir John A. Macdonald Prize.

The Sir John A. Macdonald Prize is awarded by the Canadian Historical Association (CHA) and is attributed annually to the best scholarly book in Canadian history. Winners will be announced at the end of May at the CHA’s Annual Meeting.

A big congratulations to authors Caroline Durand (Nourrir la machine humaine), Douglas McCalla (Consumers in the Bush) and Robert C.H. Sweeney (Why Did We Choose to Industrialize?) on their nominations.
