Expo 67’s Polar Life Installation at La Cinémathèque Québecoise

Polar Life, a multi-screen film installation, is on display at La Cinémathèque Québecoise. The installation is Monika Kin Gagnon’s (co-editor of the forthcoming Reimagining Cinema, digital recreation of the original film by Graeme Ferguson, originally displayed at Expo 67’s sprawling “Man the Explorer” Pavilion. Judith Cowan, author of The Permanent Nature of Everything, rode in a rickshaw through Trois-Rivières to discuss her memoir with Radio-Canada’s Anne-Marie Lemay.
