Please join Monica Gattinger for the launch of her book The Roots of Culture, the Power of Art: The First Sixty Years of the Canada Council for the Arts. The launch will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Dr. Gattinger with arts and academic leaders. They will explore the past, present and future of arts (and academic research) funding, state roles in the arts, and the evolution of arts institutions.
