The first-ever New Brunswick Book Awards were handed out this week at the Capitol Theatre in Moncton, New Brunswick. The awards gala shared the stage with this year’s Atlantic Book Awards, which was part of the Frye Festival.
The inaugural winners included Donald J. Savoie who won the Writers Federation of New Brunswick Book Award for non-fiction for What Is Government Good At?: A Canadian Answer. This same title was also the recent winner of the prestigious Donner Prize.
Congratulations once again to Donald J. Savoie for yet another award and his continued success.
