For over 35 years, YWCA Toronto has been honouring extraordinary women who are improving the lives of women and girls and driving positive and long-term change across the city, country and the globe. On Thursday, May 26th, a gala will be held to honour this year’s Women of Distinction.
MQUP author Elizabeth Shilton is amongst those being honoured and has been named a Woman of Distinction in the category of Law and Justice. Shilton is senior fellow and adjunct professor in the Centre for Law in the Contemporary Workplace at Queen’s University, and is the author of the upcoming Fall 2016 release “Empty Promises: Why Workplace Pension Law Doesn’t Deliver Pensions“.
Congratulation Elizabeth Shilton on this wonderful honour.
